This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in growing within a construction or professional services environment.Position OverviewThe AP / Purchasing Coordinator will support accounts payable and purchasing activities by preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, organizing receipts, and assisting with invoice processing. Construction experience is not required, but a solid attention to detail and willingness to learn is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and issue purchase orders for materials, rentals, trucking, and servicesTrack deliveries, tickets, and receipts from vendors and field teamsOrganize documentation to support invoice approval and paymentAssist with three-way matching (purchase order, receipt, vendor invoice)Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, documentation, and discrepanciesUpload and organize documents in company systems (e.G., Procore,
