The Medical Travel Clerk role focuses on document accuracy and client liaison.Reporting directly to the Supervisor of Health Programs, you will assist individuals navigating medical travel. Key responsibilities include preparing travel documents, ensuring documentation is complete, and acting as a point of contact for clients. This role emphasizes support and organization in the medical travel process.Key Responsibilities:Prepare travel documents for Supervisor's review and approvalEnsure accurate completion of medical travel formsNotify clients of appointments and travel logisticsTroubleshoot any issues regarding travel or appointmentsOrganize record-keeping for received notificationsRequirements:Completion of Grade 10 with two years of customer service experienceInuktitut fluency is mandatoryUnderstanding of Inuit culture and language is an assetClear Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Checks requiredExperience in cross-cultural northern work environments is valuableSupport Inuit community members effectively as the Medical Travel Clerk in Nunavut.
