Whether you're a Journeyperson or a 4th Year Apprentice, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in a stable industrial environment with competitive pay, strong benefits, and ongoing development opportunities.ResponsibilitiesAs part of our Maintenance team, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving plant equipment reliability and performance including:Performing preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs on industrial equipment including pumps, conveyors, motors, seals, and rotating equipmentTroubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systemsDiagnosing equipment issues and supporting continuous improvement initiativesReading and interpreting drawings and plans to complete repairs efficiently and safelyAssembling, fitting, aligning, and adjusting machinery and equipmentResponding to breakdowns and minimizing operational downtimeWorking collaboratively with operations, engineers, electricians, welders, and other tradesMaintaining accurate maintenance records within the CMMS systemSupporting a clean, organized,
