Mansha Plan is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the planning and execution of marketing, content, and event initiatives across the firm.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, resourceful self-starter who is comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities. This is a hands-on role suited to someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with marketing campaigns, social media, website updates, and content publishing
- Support event planning, vendor coordination, invitations, and logistics
- Create basic marketing materials using Canva and assist with photo/video content
- Maintain marketing calendars, files, templates, and content libraries
- Support presentations, research, and ad-hoc marketing projects

Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant marketing, communications, or content experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Canva
- Comfortable learning basic design, photo/video editing, AI tools, and new technology
