Dollarama is seeking an Assistant Team Leader for their store in Regina, Saskatchewan. Both full-time (25+ hours per week) and part-time (less than 25 hours per week) permanent positions are available depending on availability.ResponsibilitiesAssisting the management team in managing store operations and staffBoxing and unboxing daily shipmentsStocking daily products on shelves in compliance with presentation standardsProviding good customer service and resolving customer issuesEnsuring and contributing to compliance with store safety and cleanliness standardsConducting managers on duty tasks: making sure daily breaks are taken and attendance is enteredPerforming cash management, store opening and closing duties as neededParticipating in the employee training processRequirementsApproximately one (1) year of relevant experience in the retail industryApproximately one (1)
