The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and provides strong customer service when coordinating with internal teams, customers, and carriers.Job ResponsibilitiesBut not limited to ...DutiesDetermine the most efficient and cost-effective method of shipment; arrange deliveries and prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documentsAssemble containers and crates, pack goods for shipment, and attach packing slips with accurate identifying information and shipping instructionsDirect delivery trucks to shipping doors or designated areas and assist with safe loading/unloading of goodsInspect and count received goods, verify against invoices and documentation, record shortages, and report or reject damaged goodsReturn damaged items and ensure they are routed correctlyUnpack and store goods in appropriate locations, maintaining a well-organized warehouseMaintain accurate records and trace lost or delayed shipments as requiredCommunicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate pickups, deliveries,
