This role partners closely with business leaders, project management teams, and regional finance teams to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive operational and financial performance improvement.Responsibilities:Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring financial plans align with business prioritiesDeliver timely monthly management reporting, including financial dashboards, variance analysis, and actionable insights for senior leadershipPartner with business and project teams to assess financial performance, project profitability,



and new business opportunitiesIdentify financial risks and opportunities and translate complex analysis into transparent, practical recommendationsDevelop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives, investments, and key business decisionsDrive continuous improvement across FP&A processes through reporting automation and enhancements to planning and forecasting toolSupport M&A evaluations, due diligence activities, and other strategic finance initiativesCollaborate with Accounting during month-end close and support audit requirements and internal control processesComplete priority analyses and special projects requested by senior leadershipRequired Qualifications and Skills:An educational background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related disciplineAt least five years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related finance functionStrong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical capabilitiesAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is preferredExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear business insightsA demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environmentA CPA, CFA, or comparable professional designation is considered an assete-STORAGE is Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
