The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of geologists in identifying, assessing and exploring new targets and areas of interest within the assigned district. We offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k with employer contributions, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, a share purchase program, and much more.ResponsibilitiesLead, train, coach, and mentor geologists; promote a collaborative, high‐performance team culture.Identify and advance new exploration targets aligned with district and company strategy.Design, propose, and execute exploration programs across all stages of the exploration pipeline.Develop and apply strong geological and exploration models to guide target generation and drill planning.Lead and oversee field exploration activities,



ensuring high‐quality geological data collection and management.Manage exploration programs to meet technical objectives, schedules, and approved budgets.Apply economic and business criteria to evaluate and prioritize exploration opportunities.Prepare clear, high‐quality technical reports and ensure delivery of geological data to company standards.Provide technical leadership to define areas of interest and drilling targets.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external contractors to ensure timely project execution.Participate in annual exploration budget planning and manage project financial performance.Communicate project objectives, progress, and impacts to internal stakeholders.Ensure all required permits and approvals are obtained and maintained.Promote and enforce health, safety, environmental, and risk‐prevention standards.Ensure compliance with company policies, Code of Conduct, and community relations standards.Partner with Human Resources on talent management, including recruitment, performance management, and developmentOther duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field requiredMinimum 10 years of experience in mineral exploration, including field‐based project leadership preferredProven experience designing and executing exploration programs from early stage through advanced exploration requiredStrong geological modeling, target generation,
