Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Math Tutor to inspire students and foster their confidence in mathematics. In this role, you will provide personalized tutoring sessions, helping students understand complex concepts, improve their problem-solving skills, and achieve their academic goals. Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging one-on-one or group tutoring sessions focused on various math topics, from basic arithmetic to advanced calculus.
- Assess students’ current understanding and tailor lessons to meet their individual needs and learning styles.




- Maintain detailed records of student progress, session plans, and areas for improvement.
- Create a positive, encouraging setting that motivates students to actively participate and succeed.

Skills

- Experience working with children.
- Strong knowledge of math concepts across various levels and curricula.
- Familiarity with highschool curriculum and special education strategies is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain complex ideas in an accessible way.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 8.0 per week
