Job Overview

We are seeking a Mechanic Helper to join our team and assist with the maintenance and repair of our own fleet.

Our fleet consists of approximately 125 units, including trucks and trailers.

Requirements

- Previous experience working around trucks, trailers, or heavy-duty equipment is an asset
- 310T certification is not required, but mechanical experience and a willingness to learn are important
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions
- Must be comfortable working with and assisting experienced mechanics
- Basic mechanical knowledge and a hands-on approach are an asset
- Must be able to work independently when required and as part of a team

Responsibilities
- Assist our mechanics with repairs, maintenance, and servicing
- Help with inspections and preventative maintenance




- Assist with annual safety inspections and PMVs
- Perform basic mechanical tasks as directed
- Keep the shop, tools, and work areas clean and organized
- Help ensure trucks and trailers are properly maintained and road-ready

Compensation Pay will be based on experience, mechanical knowledge, and the type and level of work you are capable of performing.
