How You’ll Make an Impact

Deliver Exceptional Treatments

Perform safe, professional and results-oriented aesthetic treatments including laser hair removal, IPL, radiofrequency treatments, advanced facials, microneedling,



chemical peels and other skin rejuvenation services.

Provide Expert Skin Consultations

Conduct comprehensive skin assessments, identify client concerns and develop customized treatment plans and home-care recommendations based on each client’s individual goals.

Create a Luxury Client Experience

Deliver a warm, polished and highly personalized experience at every appointment while building long-term relationships and maintaining excellent client retention.

Educate and Recommend

Confidently educate clients about treatment options, treatment plans, skincare products and combination therapies that may help them achieve their desired results.

Support Clinic Growth

Contribute to treatment and retail goals, promote appropriate packages and treatment plans, participate in clinic promotions and events, and identify opportunities to improve the client journey.

Maintain Clinical Excellence

Follow all clinic protocols relating to treatment safety, sanitation, documentation, informed consent, before-and-after photography, treatment preparation and post-treatment instructions.

Be Part of the Team

Work collaboratively with our medical aesthetics team, injectors, management and front desk staff to maintain a positive, professional and high-performing clinic environment.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements:

- Canadian-issued Medical Aesthetics Diploma or equivalent recognized certification
- Experience performing medical aesthetic treatments
- Experience with laser hair removal and advanced skin treatments
- Knowledge of IPL and radiofrequency-based treatments is strongly preferred
- Experience with medical-grade skincare and advanced facials
- Strong understanding of skin types, skin conditions and treatment contraindications
- Excellent consultation and communication skills




- Comfortable recommending treatment plans and professional skincare
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and organized
- Comfortable working within a performance-driven environment
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team

Experience with advanced medical aesthetic devices is considered a strong asset.

Availability Requirements

This is a part time position requiring approximately 3–4 days per week.

Every Saturday is mandatory.

Candidates must also have flexibility to work some weekday and/or evening shifts depending on clinic scheduling requirements.
