The position operates in a rapid-paced, dynamic, rewarding environment and will assume responsibility for all counter sales and product returns while providing expertise as a member of the customer service team. This position will include Saturdays and have a day off in lieu of the Saturday throughout the week.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOffering exceptional customer service at our counter and over the phoneResponding to inquiries and processing incoming calls and ordersEntering orders into the systemSourcing materials for customers when currently not in stockProviding product information, pricing quotations, and follow-up on quotesOffering technical expertise on products to purchasersDeveloping and maintaining positive customer relationshipsCounter Sales and handling returns as requiredPicking Priority ordersClosing orders and stocking binsKeeping counter and sales area cleanMerchandising and showcasing productOther duties as requiredSKILLS AND COMPETENCIESExceptional customer serviceAbility to assess customer needs, resolve issues quickly,
