The Attractions, Culture and Nature Branch is looking for motivated labourers to support the team with the day to day operations of our beautiful River Valley parks, facilities, and amenities.Your contribution will make a difference as you take on diverse responsibilities including maintaining park amenities, supporting winter events, and ensuring our parks remain clean and welcoming for all visitors.If you're a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic outdoor environment and takes pride in contributing to the community, River Valley Parks and Amenities welcomes your application!What will you do?Complete daily janitorial duties throughout River Valley facilitiesClear walkways of snow and debris around facilitiesSand slippery walkways and facility access routesCollect refuse in parksMaintain ski trails, ice surfaces and toboggan hillsComplete minor maintenance activities on various park infrastructure and landscape elementsOperate equipment and complete minor equipment maintenanceOpen and close facilities in alignment with security protocolsProvide excellent customer service to park visitorsWork independently as well as cohesively with team membersOther related duties as requiredQualificationsCompletion of Grade 10 or equivalentAssetsJanitorial or facility maintenance experienceSnow removal experiencePrevious experience maintaining cross country ski trails and/or outdoor ice surfacesAir brakes (Q) certification or equivalentExperience operating a water truck, plow truck,
