and cost controlParticipate in monthly business review meetings and follow-up action planningSupport pricing analysis, trend reporting, inventory performance, and business performance reviewsHelp identify risks, opportunities, and operational improvement initiativesBudgeting, Forecasting & PlanningSupport annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across assigned business unitsAssist in scenario analysis, business planning, and financial modellingMonitor results against plan and provide insight into key variancesSystems, Analytics & Process ImprovementSupport enhancements to ERP systems, reporting tools, dashboards, and financial workflowsAssist in automation initiatives that reduce manual processes and improve efficiencyParticipate in finance transformation projects involving data visibility and reporting modernizationSupport testing, implementation, and optimization of new finance systems or toolsControls, Compliance & GovernanceMaintain strong internal controls over cash, inventory, purchasing, and reportingSupport year-end audits, tax support schedules, and compliance requirementsHelp safeguard company assets through sound financial disciplineLeadership & Team DevelopmentProvide guidance and mentorship to junior finance team membersSupport a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvementAssist in developing bench strength within the finance functionWhat You BringExperience & EducationUniversity degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplineCPA designation completed or in progress4-7 years progressive accounting or finance experienceSupervisory or team leadership experience considered an assetExperience in hospitality, retail, attractions, multi-unit, or service environments preferredTechnical StrengthsStrong accounting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilitiesAdvanced Excel skills required, including models, pivots, lookups, and large data setsExperience with ERP/accounting systems (HIA experience considered an asset)Exposure to Power BI, dashboards, reporting tools,
