Castillo HR Consulting Inc. is looking for a motivated HR Generalist to join our growing team. This is a full time, permanent hybrid position based in the Lower Mainland region. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to client sites (1–2 times per week).The successful candidate will support a range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and policy administration. You'll play a key role in ensuring consistent HR practices and supporting clients with day to day HR operations.What You Will Be DoingProvide HR support to employees and managers across multiple clientsAssist with recruitment activities, onboarding,



and employee documentationMaintain HR files and ensure compliance with employment legislationSupport employee relations by responding to inquiries and concernsAssist in performance review processes and policy updatesCoordinate training sessions and support internal HR projectsPrepare HR reports and assist with data tracking and metricsPromote a positive and inclusive work culture across client sitesAssist the Payroll Specialist in ensuring payroll accuracy and timely processingSupport benefit administration, enrollments, and tracking eligibilityWhat You Will BringMinimum 2–3 years of HR experience, ideally in a consulting or multi client environmentWorking knowledge of the BC Employment Standards Act (ESA) and related legislationStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systemsDiploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field requiredCHRP designation (or working toward it) preferredUnderstanding of basic payroll processes and data accuracy requirements
