Become a Community Support Specialist with Pacific Coast Community Resources and enable individuals to live enriched lives within their communities. Help clients access meaningful social, volunteer, and vocational opportunities. As a Community Inclusion Worker, you will motivate and support individuals to achieve their personal goals for independence and social integration. You will play a vital role in advocating for their rights while coordinating their participation in community activities. Collaborating with families and professionals is key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Respect and advocate for the individual’s rights in services
- Encourage full community citizenship for supported individuals




- Develop and document Individual Service Plans as needed
- Facilitate participation in volunteering and social events
- Record all health information accurately in the management database Requirements:
- Community Support Worker Diploma or equivalent education
- Two years of experience in social services or healthcare
- Current First Aid/CPR certification
- Clean BC Driver’s License with reliable vehicle
