Freshslice Pizza is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager in Hamilton.The ideal candidate will:Have at least two (2) years of restaurant (preferably pizza) management experienceHave consistently demonstrated strong leadership skillsUnderstand that "good teamwork" increases the success, and aspire to make the people around them better than they areBe committed to operational and training systemsStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsPossess solid supervisory and organizational skillsBe able to interact easily with diverse employeesBe knowledgeable of and can use a PC and MS Office Suite proficientlyAbility to handle cash register and sales transactions for customer ordersHands-on experience in making pizzas and understanding of menu items & guidelines, inventory/stock, prepping, cleaning, and sampling is a plus.
