You'll be a trusted advisor – someone clients can count on to protect what matters most – while enjoying the support of a collaborative, professional team.What You'll DoBe the go-to contact for your clients, handling inquiries by phone, email, and written correspondence with care and efficiencyManage and grow an existing book of personal lines businessRemarket policies at renewal to make sure clients always have competitive coverage and pricingSpot cross-selling opportunities and proactively recommend the right insurance solutionsSupport clients through the claims process from start to finish – because that's when they need you mostConduct outbound renewal calls, particularly for Tier 2 clientsKeep client records accurate and documentation up to dateProcess policy changes, transfers, and endorsements in line with company guidelinesPartner with insurers and underwriting contacts to get the best outcomes for your clientsBe a positive,
