Manage the impactful Maintenance of Certification program at the Royal College, promoting excellence in specialty medicine through effective operations. This role supports a hybrid work model. As the Program Manager for Maintenance of Certification, you will be responsible for daily operations and compliance oversight.

Reporting to the Learning Frameworks Manager, you will engage with internal and external partners to enhance program delivery. Your leadership will ensure participant support and adherence to regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee MOC compliance data and operational follow-up
- Manage My MOC reporting platform operations
- Provide support and coaching to MOC program participants
- Collaborate with Medical Regulatory Authorities on MOC needs
- Direct the activities of MOC Program Coordinators Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area
- 5 years in program management
- 5 years in compliance roles
- Solid partnership and communication skills
- Proficient in English; French language skills valued Drive meaningful change in medical education through your expertise in program management and compliance.
