MORTGAGE AGENT LEVEL 1

NP Mortgages is growing, and we are looking for new or licensed Mortgage Agent Level 1 professionals to join our team of over 100 agents.

If you are starting your mortgage career and want training, mentorship and support with your deals, we would like to meet you.

ABOUT THE PROSPECT

Join us as a part-time or full-time mortgage agent.

You will have access to our professional Scarborough office where you can meet clients, learn from our team and receive hands-on support.

YOUR EVERYDAY WORK

- Meet with clients and understand their mortgage needs
- Collect documents and prepare mortgage applications
- Support each deal from application through closing

TRAINING AND MENTORSHIP

- One-on-one mentorship from experienced team members
- Weekly training on mortgage products and lenders
- Ongoing support from our underwriting and management teams

TOOLS TO HELP YOU GROW

- A customized portal to manage clients and applications
- Personalized business cards and client brochures
- Professional office space for client meetings

SUPPORT FOR YOUR DEALS Our team will help you structure files, understand lender requirements and find suitable options within your Level 1 licence.

When a file requires additional expertise, our experienced team will help guide you through the correct process.





WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- An active active Ontario Mortgage Agent Level 1 licence or willingness to become licensed
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Motivation to learn, build relationships and grow your business

Experience in mortgages, banking, real estate, sales or customer service is helpful but not required. Additional languages are welcome.

EARNING OPPORTUNITY

This is a commission-based opportunity.

With consistent effort and funded deals, you have the potential to build a six-figure income.
