We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Mortgage Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in securing mortgage loans & providing expert guidance throughout the application process.

This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships. The Mortgage Agent will work closely with clients to assess their needs, explain options, and facilitate smooth transactions while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Previous mortgage agent experience is not a requirement. Our training program will ensure you have the knowledge, skills, support and most importantly, confidence to be successful.

Duties

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly




- Assist clients in understanding mortgage options and selecting suitable loan products
- Gather and analyze client financial information to determine eligibility
- Prepare and submit mortgage applications accurately and efficiently
- Negotiate terms with lenders on behalf of clients to secure favorable rates and conditions
- Educate and guide clients on financial planning related to mortgage management and repayment strategies

Skills

- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and rapport
- Sales experience is valued but not required. We will provide the training and support to ensure high confidence, strong skills, and ultimately, success.
