Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

HALIPRO Movers is a locally owned moving company in Halifax. We handle residential moves, loading and unloading help, and furniture deliveries for local stores. Our customers pick us for being on time, careful and professional. We're growing and need reliable people to grow with us.

What You'll Do

- Load, unload and carry furniture, boxes and appliances safely
- Wrap and protect furniture with blankets, shrink wrap and padding
- Take apart and put back together beds, tables and other furniture
- Drive the moving truck (16–26 ft box truck) to and from job sites (driver role)
- Do a quick walk-around of the truck before and after each job
- Keep customers' homes clean and protected (floor runners, door pads)
- Be friendly and skilled with customers from start to finish

What We're Looking For

- Able to lift 75+ lbs over and over and work on your feet all day, including stairs
- Reliable and on time. Showing up matters most to us.




- Careful with other people's things
- Good attitude, works well with a partner
- Available on weekends and at short notice (a big plus)
- Moving, delivery, warehouse or labour experience is a plus but not required. We'll train you.

For the Driver Role, You Also Need:

- Valid Nova Scotia Class 5 driver's licence (full, not learner or newly licensed)
- Clean driver's abstract, which you can show when asked
- Comfortable driving and backing up a large box truck in city traffic and tight streets
