UNIBEAUTY SALON LTD. is seeking a full-time Nail Salon Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our beauty salon in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating salon operations, supervising staff, maintaining service standards, and supporting a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate daily salon operations.
- Monitor and evaluate day-to-day operations to ensure efficient service.
- Plan and organize staff activities and daily workflow.
- Establish and implement workplace policies and procedures for staff.
- Plan and monitor salon budgets and inventory.
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise salon staff.
- Monitor staff performance and support effective teamwork.
- Address customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and customer-focused salon environment.

Qualifications:

- Secondary (high)



school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Client-focused, reliable, flexible, and able to exercise valuable judgment.
- Able to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment with attention to detail.

Position Details:

- Permanent, full time position.
- 30 hours per week.
- $35.00 per hour.
- Day, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Work must be performed on-site in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.
- Free parking available.
- Start date: As soon as possible.

Pay: $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
