As we continue to grow our wellness offerings, we’re looking for an experienced Naturopathic Doctor to join our team - someone who is thoughtful, curious, clinically grounded, and passionate about helping clients understand the connection between their internal health, skin, energy, hormones, lifestyle, and overall well-being.

The Opportunity

This role is for a practitioner who believes great care goes beyond simply treating a symptom.

You’ll have the opportunity to conduct comprehensive consultations, understand the bigger picture behind a client’s concerns, and create personalized treatment plans that are evidence-informed, practical, and aligned with the client’s individual goals.

You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of aesthetic and wellness practitioners in an setting that values education, connection, and long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct comprehensive naturopathic consultations




- Take detailed health histories and assess clients through a whole-person lens
- Identify potential contributing factors and develop individualized care plans
- Provide evidence-informed education and recommendations around nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep, hormones, digestion, skin health, and other areas within your scope of practice
- Order, interpret, and/or recommend appropriate laboratory testing within your scope and clinical training
- Develop clear treatment plans and communicate recommendations in a way clients can understand and implement
- Provide appropriate follow-up care and adjust treatment plans based on client progress
- Maintain thorough, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the Natology team when a client's care would benefit from an integrated approach
- Help clients understand how internal health may connect with their skin, wellness, and aesthetic goals
- Participate in ongoing education and team development
- Contribute to educational content and marketing initiatives
- Build solid client relationships through trust, education, and continuity of care

Requirements

- Doctor of Naturopathy (ND) with current registration and good standing with the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta (CNDA)
- Appropriate professional liability insurance
- Current CPR/First Aid as required
- Meets all applicable Alberta regulatory and professional requirements
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Previous clinical experience preferred
