Join our IT Networking team as an Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise-level network infrastructure. As an intern, you’ll assist in maintaining and improving network operations, learning how to ensure efficiency, security, and performance across a large-scale digital environment.

This position requires full-time on-site presence.

- Assist in monitoring and maintaining network services and solutions across the organization
- Support troubleshooting efforts for network-related issues under the guidance of senior team members
- Participate in documentation efforts, including updating Standard Operating Procedures and network diagrams
- Learn and apply basic security protocols and best practices in network operations




- Shadow and support the team in managing tools such as Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco ISE, Meraki, and OpManager
- Contribute to internal projects and initiatives focused on performance optimization and service improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the role of networking in broader IT operations
- Currently enrolled in a university or college program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Strong interest in networking technologies and IT infrastructure
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., IP addressing, routing, switching)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a quick-paced environment
