The Role

We are a boutique private neurorehabilitation clinic looking for a part-time neurological physiotherapist to join our team supporting clients living with movement disorders including Parkinson's disease, Dystonia, Ataxia, and other neurological conditions. You'll work closely with clients, building evidence-based treatment plans, delivering hands-on treatment and therapeutic exercise, and supporting them in getting back to the activities that matter to them.

What You'll Do

- Assess and provide 1-on-1 physiotherapy treatment for clients living with neurological conditions
- Provide care in our dedicated clinic space (Ajax) and in-home PT visits (Durham region/GTA)
- Collaborate with mental health clinicians to provide integrated, coordinated care
- Manage your own independent caseload including maintaining accurate clinical documentation and administration related to patient care
- Leading small group Parkinson's exercise classes

Qualifications





- PT registered in positive standing with College of Physiotherapists Ontario
- 3+ years experience managing neurological client caseloads
- Passionate about helping neurological patients achieve their goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and comfortable providing patient education
- Previous experience/post-grad training in movement disorders (Parkinson's, Functional Neurological Disorder, Ataxia or other) is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle for business purposes
