Sales Associate | Morrison Homes

Morrison Homes is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Area Sales Manager with the daily operation of the sales centre and new home sales process.

This is a commission-only position with no hourly wage. Compensation is earned through commissions on home sales.

The Sales Associate will work closely with the Area Sales Manager and assist with customer service, lead follow-up, sales administration, appointments, documentation, and general sales centre operations.

Responsibilities

- Assist the Area Sales Manager with day-to-day sales activities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the sales centre
- Provide information on Morrison Homes products, floorplans, lots, and community offerings
- Respond to general customer inquiries
- Assist with lead follow-up and client communication
- Prepare and organize sales documents, contracts, and customer files
- Maintain accurate lead and client information
- Assist with appointments and active sales files
- Ensure the sales centre remains clean, organized, and presentable




- Provide administrative support to the Area Sales Manager as required
- Learn and maintain current knowledge of Morrison Homes products, pricing, promotions, and processes

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to take direction and work effectively as part of a sales team
- Comfortable working independently when required
- Robust computer and administrative skills
- Previous sales, customer service, real estate, or new home experience is considered an asset
- Interest in new home sales and residential construction is preferred

The Sales Associate reports to and works directly with the Area Sales Manager, providing support throughout the sales process and assisting with the overall operation of the sales centre. Pay: $30,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
