This is a unique role that combines hands-on technical production including operating specialized machinery for braille and accessible formats with critical administrative support for our sales and client solutionThe successful candidate will ensure that accessibility standards (AODA) are met while keeping our internal sales operations running smoothly. We provide full training on our specialized products and industry standardKey ResponsibilitiesOperate printing and finishing equipment to produce accessible materials, including braille documents and large-print documentsFollow work-order specifications to ensure all jobs are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) standardContribute to print production workflows, including file preparation and pre-press support (Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, etc.)Perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving for production machineLead and support the development of RFPs, proposals, and tender submissions, including writing, formatting, editing, and assembling full documentation packagesFulfill requests for product literature and samples for prospectsAssist in stakeholder engagement and client communication throughout project lifecyclesTrack project timelines, deliverables, and action items to support efficient project management and executionExperience, Qualifications and Professional CharacteristicsA post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Graphic Design,
