The Team Lead, Cloud & Infrastructure is responsible for the delivery, support, security, modernization and continuous improvement of Apotex’s enterprise IT infrastructure services across all global regions. This role ensures all critical IT infrastructure is highly available, secure, compliant and scalable to support the current and future demands of the required pharmaceutical business functions.



The Team Lead will be responsible for leading and developing the Platform Support team, managing external vendors and project delivery activities, establishing operational priorities, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence and continuous service improvement. The role is accountable for fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning. This role also contributes to infrastructure standards, documentation, cyber security directives, disaster recovery planning, mergers and acquisition activities while serving as an escalation point for critical incidents and resolution of complex technical challenges.
