Arrow focuses on providing creative design, quality craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service.Group Division:At Arrow Engineered Products, we design and manufacture turnkey solutions for a wide range of customers with needs in nuclear, chemical mixing, heat exchanger, and autoclave systems, including fuel storage and various custom-designed pressure and non-pressure systems, all in compliance with ASME, PED, ULC, and API certified design criteria.Compensation Range:$28.00 up to $30.00 hourlyPosition Summary:The Painter will be responsible for the preparation and application of protective coatings, paints, and finishes to various products and materials in the paint line. The incumbent will be responsible for preparing surfaces, by cleaning, sanding, and priming. The painter will work closely with the production team to meet production goals, quality requirements and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.Primary Responsibilities:Setting up the paint line for various paint jobs.Washing and/or prepping for paint jobs.Spray painting of various parts.Pre and post inspection of parts for defects.Monitor and maintain the paint equipment and tools.Reviewing and suggesting ways to increase throughput on paint line.Monitoring/maintaining the respirator program.Strict adherence to safety.Various labor-intensive jobs include lifting, carrying, moving,



and so on.Other duties as required.Educational Requirements:Completion of secondary school or equivalent.
