We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced Night Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis. The Night Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the store and team during evening and late-night operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and our customers receive excellent service.
This is a leadership position with full responsibility for the store during the night shift.
Position Details
- Permanent position
- 4 shifts per week, 10 hours per shift
- Evening and late-night shifts
- Must be available to work until 2:30 AM
- Full responsibility for night operations
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all store operations during the night shift
- Lead, direct, and support team members
- Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards
- Manage nightly opening/closing procedures and store operations
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Handle customer concerns and operational issues professionally
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Provide strong leadership and maintain a positive team environment
- Complete nightly duties, cash procedures,
and required closing responsibilities
Qualifications
- Previous liquor store and/or supervisory experience is an asset
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Reliable, dependable, and able to take ownership of the night shift
- Comfortable working late-night hours
- Must be available to work until 2:30 AM
- Must hold a valid ProServe certification
