Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across departments, managing the full accounting cycle, and ensuring accuracy in client invoicing and reporting.What You'll DoManage contract billing vs. schedule and support invoicing (~100 invoices/month)Prepare client invoices, credit notes, and detailed reportingGenerate quarterly passthrough invoicesEnsure all invoices include accurate PO and contract referencesMaintain and update billing and project reporting dailyReview project setups in LIMS/Elims (milestones, values, currencies)Lead collections activities — AR statements, follow-ups, escalationsCollaborate with shared services to ensure accurate payment applicationSupport month-end activities, including accruals and journal entriesAssist with audit coordination to ensure timely,
