You are to assists in maximizing well productivity and ESP run life. Our leading technologies and our ability to apply them safely and effectively create value for our customers and our shareholdersAs an ESP Field Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:Performing installation/pulling of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) and associated equipment.Assisting and managing of ESP equipment in order to maximize well productivity and ESP run life.Operating equipment in accordance with company proceduresMaintaining assigned equipment,



performs daily inspections to ensure compliance with operational and safety requirementsReporting all operational deficiencies to Supervisor and maintenance personnelPerforming equipment inspection and maintenance as requested and completes paperworkAssisting in performing basic troubleshooting of equipmentPracticing safe driving procedures when travelling to and from locationsConducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes Health Safety and Environmental policies, Legal Compliance requirements.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have High School Diploma or equivalentHave a previous mechanical or electrical backgroundProvide acceptable drivers abstractHave 5 years minimum on ESP technical related background, preferredPossess general knowledge of machines, tools, and banding materials, including their uses, repair, and maintenanceAdditional InformationThe position involves frequent travel on domestic assignments and time away from home, often at short notice as well as work outdoors in all weather conditions. 16 on days / 5 off daysWorking with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
