You use your wealth of games industry knowledge and your technical DevOps skills to help keep games online and running, whatever challenges are thrown at you. You form a core part of our global operations team, and you work closely with game studios to help them with the challenges of global infrastructure.One day you might be working with a customer planning and advising best practices for their upcoming game launch and the next day you might be writing terraform to implement and scale a new game infrastructure.You'll use your skills to help educate others in the team and act as an escalation point for head-scratching problems.
