We are looking for an accomplished Performance Engineer to join our Toronto team. Utilize your expertise in Apache JMeter and LoadRunner while leading performance tests in a hybrid mode.

As a Senior Performance Test Lead, your role will include developing sophisticated performance testing strategies and guiding junior engineers through the testing lifecycle. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying bottlenecks, improving application performance, and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure application stability. A hands-on approach is essential for this critical position.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute detailed performance testing strategies • Conduct Load, Stress,



and Scalability Tests • Create and maintain JMeter scripts for exhaustive testing • Monitor application and database performance during tests • Prepare stakeholder reports on testing outcomes and recommendations

Requirements: • Between 4-6 years in Performance Testing/Engineering • Expertise in both JMeter and LoadRunner • Solid understanding of testing methodologies • Experience with Agile and CI/CD frameworks • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
