The role owns full branch performance including sales, service, parts, aftermarket, safety, people, and customer experience, ensuring alignment with the One NORS Canada operating model.The Operations Manager acts as the "CEO of the Branch", accountable for:Branch P&L performance and financial disciplineGrowth in market share within the local territoryCustomer experience and key account relationshipsSafety culture and regulatory complianceIntegration of sales, parts, service, and aftermarketLeadership development and team capabilityExecution of Lean operating rhythm and continuous improvementHEALTH AND SAFETYIt is our expectation that all Nors Employees will conduct their work in a safe manner,
