SherbrookeReporting to the Director of Engineering, the Mechanical Designer is responsible for the design, definition, and documentation of standard and custom seating products. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of innovative solutions that meet users' needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sherbrooke.ResponsibilitiesCreate drawings, models, and assemblies required for the definition, validation, and documentation of standard and custom productsContribute to product development and continuous improvement by proposing cutting-edge solutions that meet the needs of internal and external customersParticipate in the development of test protocols and design the required test fixturesAssemble and evaluate prototypes, document issues encountered, and recommend appropriate corrective actionsCollaborate with the Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to ensure the feasibility of product conceptsRequired SkillsVocational diploma (DEP),
