We're partnering with a boutique, integrated digital agency in Montreal to find an experienced Account Supervisor who can combine senior-level client leadership with deep digital marketing expertise.This is an opportunity for someone who knows how to grow client relationships, provide strategic counsel and identify opportunities to expand an agency's services within existing accounts. You'll oversee a portfolio of clients, lead a small team of digital advisors and work closely with specialists across SEO, paid media, social, web and other digital disciplines.You'll own and develop a portfolio of key client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic advisor rather than simply managing deliverables. You'll identify opportunities, recommend solutions based on clients' business and marketing objectives, lead onboarding, navigate challenging client situations and play an active role in renewals and account retention.Digital Strategy & AdvisoryYou'll bring strong digital marketing knowledge to client conversations and be comfortable discussing and recommending services across areas such as SEO, paid advertising, social media, websites and broader digital strategy. You'll lead strategic presentations, business reviews, proactive recommendations and discussions around new products and services.Account & Delivery OversightWorking closely with strategists and channel specialists, you'll ensure client mandates are delivered to a high standard, on time and against agreed objectives. You'll monitor account health, identify over- and under-performing accounts, anticipate risks and collaborate with internal teams on recommendations to improve results.Reporting & PerformanceYou'll analyze campaign and account performance and translate results into explicit, commercially relevant client conversations.
