As a Document Control Specialist, you will implement effective document management strategies for this major civil engineering project. Your role will involve ensuring documents are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to project personnel. You’ll work closely with design managers and quality teams to uphold high safety and coordination standards essential for project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage document processes in EDMS for project efficiency
• Enforce engineering documentation control procedures
• Sustain accurate document life cycle management




• Distribute and track vital construction documents
• Ensure compliance and completeness of all records
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of document management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related
• Proficient with EDMS ACONEX
• In-depth understanding of document control processes
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively
