This role is based there.The roleThis is an audit and process role. Our operations run across multiple partner colleges, external vendors and internal teams, and this person owns whether all of it is actually being done properly — and fixes it when it isn't.Audit our operational processes end to end: find where things break, where steps get skipped, where records don't reconcileBuild the fix. We don't want someone who only reports problems — we want someone who designs the solution, documents it and rolls it outTrain team members on the processes you build, and hold them to the standardEscalate when work isn't getting done, and stay on it until it isManage external vendors: verify delivery against invoices, coordinate schedules,



track payments including international contractorsLearn our partner colleges' policies, requirements and systems in depth, and become the internal reference pointWhat we're looking forSerious technical ability — not just using systems, but understanding how they work and building something better. CRM, LMS, spreadsheets, portalsProcess-building instinct: give you a messy situation and you come back with a working systemComfort directing people and following up. This role carries real responsibility, and we weigh that instinct over years of experienceFluent English and Hindi; Nepali a strong asset.
