Duration: 4+ months with potential extensionWe're looking for an experienced UKG/Kronos Workforce Central consultant/SME to support our transition from Kronos Workforce Central to Human Capital Management (Dayforce preferred).Key Areas:We need someone who already knows Kronos and can hit the ground running.Knowledge of timekeeping, work rules, roles, accruals, and WIM integrationsAbility to work with our current Kronos analyst for knowledge transferSupport requirements validation, troubleshooting, and ongoing Kronos operationsAct as the Kronos SME/bridge with the Dayforce project teamExperience with system migrations/transitions is a plus
