Consultant will work with the solution team in identifying risks and translating them into business requirements, business processes and operational controls.This posting is for an incorporated contract engagement and is not an employment position.Candidate MUST have the following:A valid security clearance at the level of Reliability; More than three(3) years of experience on implementation of citizen facing public service solutions (social security, social services, taxation, customs, grants or similar) or banking/financial services; Experience withbusiness process design, requirement gathering; andExperience preparing presentation materials and leading client discussions.Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience:Performing complex case management implementation (multi-year); Designing or implementing fraud,
