We're looking for someone friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional, tailored experience.Some Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional, personalized service to every patientAssist patients with frame selection, lens options, and eyewear stylingTake accurate measurements and ensure proper frame fitting and adjustmentsExplain lens technologies, coatings, and eyewear options in an easy-to-understand wayProcess eyewear orders and coordinate with optical labs and suppliersManage optical sales, follow-ups, repairs, adjustments, and warranty needsMaintain an organized, welcoming, and well-presented optical areaWork closely with optometrists and the rest of the team to provide seamless patient careContribute to a positive, energetic,
