We are currently looking for skilled and experienced Operations & Dispatching Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in keeping lifting operations organized and efficient by managing schedules, coordinating equipment, and ensuring operators and crews are where they need to be. Duties
- Receiving calls from customers requesting crane services and processing their location and destination details.
- Assigning and dispatching the right equipment & cranes to each project based on safety and job requirements.
- Monitoring cranes in the field to ensure drivers adhere to scheduled job times and routes throughout.
- Plan daily schedules to minimize downtime and delays
- Optimize fleet usage to maximize efficiency and monitor job completion times and make scheduling adjustments.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and providing solutions or escalating issues to management.
Experience This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. It is also essential to have a good understanding of mobile cranes and heavy equipment to determine the right crane for the job.
- Proven experience using dispatching software
- Solid organization & problem solving skills
- Strong understanding of mobile cranes and heavy equipment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently and professionally.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret logistical data and implement process improvements.
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
