The company operates over 12,000 square feet of space, including a dozen offline edit suites, three fully-equipped online finishing suites, and a variety of multi-purpose production offices. With a comprehensive range of services housed under one roof, 24 Frames supports film and television projects from dailies through final delivery.

Our team collaborates closely with filmmakers, studios, and production companies to plan and execute efficient workflows.

Role Description The Operations Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC, responsible for overseeing daily facility and post-production operations. This position coordinates scheduling, resource/personnel allocation, and project timelines to ensure smooth end-to-end workflows. The Operations Manager leads operations staff, implements and improves processes, and works closely with production and post teams to resolve operational challenges.

- Leadership and people skills,



with experience supervising teams in a production or post-production environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Experience in film and TV post-production operations; familiarity with post-production facilities, equipment and processes is required.
- Comfort with using productivity tools, scheduling systems, and basic reporting for operational metrics and budgeting.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Vancouver, BC, and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Relevant education in business, operations management, film production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Salary and Start Date

- The position start date will be determined once a suitable candidate is found.
- Salary: CAD $60,000-$100,000/year, plus benefits. A 3-month probationary period (at the same rate of pay) will apply so both sides have an opportunity to evaluate the fit.
