LED Lights Canada is seeking a talented Operations Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our day-to-day operations and contribute significantly to our company's success. As our Operations Manager, you’ll report directly to the owner and be the heart of our business, handling everything from leadership to logistics.

Your ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and build strong relationships will be essential. You'll be the go-to person for our team, ensuring smooth operations, driving efficiency, and maintaining our high standards of exceptional customer service.

Our mission is to provide Canadians with the highest quality energy-saving LED lighting products and accessories at an affordable price. We are constantly buying and testing new products as they become available and are certified for sale in Canada, passing that knowledge on to our customers. “We make sure that our customers are able to make their world brighter.”

What you'll do:

- Team Leadership: Lead and develop our team through performance reviews, coaching, and mentorship. You will be responsible for training new hires and fostering professional development.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily business activities, including order processing, inventory management, merchandising, and logistics to ensure seamless business processes.
- Sales & Digital Growth: Oversee sales operations and strategies to improve performance. This includes overseeing website, directing email campaigns, and organizing promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
- Customer Relations:



Provide exceptional service, handle inquiries with professional phone etiquette, and build lasting client relationships.
- Facility & Process Improvement: Manage physical office repairs and maintenance. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement new standard operating procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure a safe work environment by maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

What we're looking for:

- Proven Experience: Demonstrated management experience, preferably within the retail or sales sectors, with a track record of supervising teams.
- Leadership Skills: A passion for building robust teams, motivating others toward targets, and driving results.
- Organizational Mastery: Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional demeanor and interpersonal abilities are a must.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: The ability to think on your feet, solve operational challenges, and implement creative solutions.
- Technical Savvy: Proficient in administrative reporting and record-keeping; experience with website is a significant asset.
- Education: A relevant educational background or equivalent experience in management or business administration is preferred.
