LSX Earthworks is growing, and we’re looking for another high-quality operator to join our team. We take pride in our work and are searching for someone who brings a positive, solutions-focused attitude and genuinely cares about doing a job right. The job involves a large diversity of tasks, so be prepared for constantly changing work.

What We’re Looking For:

- Valid Class 1 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract (Gravel Truck experience preferred)
- Excavator experience — civil and residential earthworks preferred
- Comfortable working independently, making decisions, and solving problems on-site
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and pride in workmanship
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and operate in all weather conditions

Preferred Experience (Assets):

- Foundation digging & finish grading
- Septic system installations, perimeter drainage, retaining walls, pool digs, demolition
- Ability to read grades, use laser/grade stick,



and take accurate measurements
- Experience operating additional equipment (e.g. skid steer, dozer, packers, etc.)
- Background in electrical, plumbing, or general construction is also considered an asset
