Job Overview

We are looking for a well rounded individual to pick and ship orders as well as assist in our production processes when needed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently picking customer orders for shipment onto pallets, wrapping pallets with a wrapping machine, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Progression to shipping and receiving products will occur with training quickly.

Picking Shipping Duties

- Utilize warehouse management system to pick and ship orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate forklifts to move materials within the warehouse
- Perform heavy lifting of products and materials as required
- Maintain inventory control by ensuring proper labelling and placement of products
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment

Other duties when needed:

- Production cleanup
- Packing in the production line
- Other tasks as needed

Skills

- Experience in warehouse distribution and order picking
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems
- Ability to operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other warehouse equipment
- Detail oriented and well organized




- Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely
- Effective communication skills in reading, writing, and use of computer programs
- Basic math skills for order verification and inventory management

Pay and Benefits

- Starting pay is between $23.35 to $25.31 per hour
