Role Intent

As an Order Piker & Splitter, you’ll be accountable for picking and splitting products/merchandise in the warehouse to complete the stores' shipment orders while maintaining a great deal of productivity and efficiency in time management.

You will play an integral part as a member of the BBOS team and will get an opportunity to stretch your capabilities by getting involved in multiple activities and tasks. If you love to learn and grow your career, this is the place you are looking for.

Key responsibilities:

- To pick and split products to our retail stores accurately and quickly.
- Pull pallets for splitting according to the split priority list.
- Price and split accurately according to the designated split sheet.
- Wrap completed pallets and park them in store rows for shipping.
- Recording of splits into the inventory tracking program in ECRS.
- Ensure a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors for problems such as merchandise damages and shortages.
- Other assignments may be required from time to time.

Requirements:

- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role such as:
- Repetitive lifting of up to 50lbs.
- Walking and standing for long hours.
- Lifting empty pallets.
- Forklift Certificate & experience is an asset (please note if you have your certificate when you submit your resume)
- Willing to learn new skills such as using pallet jacks.

Pay: $18.25-$19.25 per hour

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
