- Role: Organizational Change Manager Location: Regina, SK

Requirement Specifications:

- We are looking for Organizational Change Managers with strong change management experience within IT.
- Prosci / ADKAR Organizational Change Management Certification. (Provide copy with your application)
- Must be able to work and be located full-time on-site in Regina, SK (Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm). Kindly note candidates must reside in Canada to qualify.

Your experience includes:

- Gas industry / utility knowledge.
- Natural Gas Transmission & Storage company knowledge or experience.
- Knowledge of Change Management Frameworks.
- Experience leading Change Management on IT projects. Knowledge of IT systems and digital transformation projects to understand technical impacts on users.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to align change initiatives with project timelines.
- Maintaining project documentation related to all the change management activities.
- Facilitating discussions for the purpose of gathering and understanding the stakeholders and impacts of the change.
- Experience delivering a Change Management Strategy, Change Management Plan including a communication plan,



sponsor reports, training plan and resistance management plans.
- Experience with conducting readiness assessments, evaluate results, identify risks, issues and anticipated points of resistance and make recommendations as necessary.
- Experience working independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Experience in knowledge sharing to ensure progressive realization of improvements within the change management standards.
- North American job experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to prepare and deliver updates, training, and workshops.

North American job experience and Gas industry/Utility Knowledge are considered an asset for this job. Proponents are encouraged to provide specific and qualitative verbiage of other areas where their expertise can add value to our teams, and make our projects as successful as possible. The candidate will be required to work and be located on-site at Head Office in Regina, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm and the proposed hourly rate shall be inclusive of all travel and living costs (PST and GST are extra).
